Bridesmaid Ask with Kendra Scott Color Bar
Asking my girlfriends and sisters to be my bridesmaids was something I had been looking forward to ever since I said “Yes” to Cory. The question was, how was I going to do it? I knew I wanted it to be special and spectacular. Looking back at it now, I can officially say it was perfect!

Let me set up the night for you all. I told my soon to be bridesmaids that I was hosting a blogger event at Kendra Scott. The “event” was taking place the day before Thanksgiving. The reason for that is because both of my sisters live out of state and I wanted this to be a COMPLETE SURPRISE! I am so pleased that it was a successful surprise ask! For my bridesmaid ask, I knew I wanted something special and personalized. I purchased these cake boxes from Joann’s and personalized them for each of my girls. I asked 8 ( and all said YES - but 2 of them could not attend that night).
So I asked all 8 ladies to attend my “blogger event” at Kendra Scott. To make sure they got there on time, I told them that the first 20 girls were going to get an amazing swag bag from Kendra Scott… little did they know!
Scenes from my dining room table leading up to my asks. I bought these big cake boxes and filled them with crinkle cut. I used my Cricut to personalize the boxes with some gold vinyl. Then, I filled the boxes with some fun goodies, including the picture of their bridesmaid dress and a Kendra Scott candle. Then the REAL SURPRISE was hinted in the box!
Now for the fun part, what the boxed contained. I made each girl an ornament (that was a MUST because I make and sell ornaments so they are a staple). Then I added a champagne flute with each of their monogram. Since each girl was going to get their boxes at the same time, I knew I needed the PERFECT card to write a personal message. Katie Herman Art created the most perfect notecards for me to use! I love the gold balloon font she drew and I love how they came out.

The ask boxes also had a Kendra Scott candle. If you have never bought a Kendra Scott candle, you ARE MISSING OUT!! They are seriously amazing and smell so good! I also included a photo of the bridesmaid dresses and then the BEST PART. The surprise (as if me not having a blogger party and instead have a surprise bridesmaid ask with all this wasn’t a big enough surprise) the best part was (insert drum roll) each girl was going to get to design their own necklace at the Color Bar that they will be wearing for the wedding! I selected two designs in gold, and let each girl pick which design and stones they wanted. I wanted to let them pick the style and stones, that way they would truly wear it again and love it. I LOVED SEEING THIER FACES!!!! I took so many photos because I just loved seeing them so surprised and happy.
On top of all this, the ladies at Kendra Scott had the SWEETEST champagne and treats set up for us all! We even had a delicious punch in my disco ball punch bowl. Now on to all the fun photos of the night!

I honestly can not thank the team at Kendra Scott Quarry Village enough! The night was PERFECT and I loved being able to shower my bridesmaids! The Color Bar was the perfect treat. They have several price points for you and allow you to have birthday parties, as well as bridesmaids parties. Letting each of my bridesmaids pick out their own stone colors really allowed them to create a piece they will love. I am so thankful I was able to surprise the best friends and sisters!
